In this role, you’ll lead the execution, and optimization of cutting-edge paid media campaigns across a diverse range of digital platforms. Your strategic insights and expertise will have a significant impact on our clients' business growth, making you a key player in shaping the future of digital advertising in the region. Develop and present compelling paid performance proposals that showcase innovative solutions and drive client buy-in. Provide expert guidance and thought leadership across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic advertising channels. Consult with and guide the team to design and implement highly effective bidding strategies tailored to a diverse portfolio of clients in the MENA region. Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure campaigns consistently achieve and exceed KPIs, providing proactive optimization guidance and troubleshooting support.

Requirements

A minimum of 1 years of proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced agency environment. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable solutions. Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence both internal teams and external clients.
