The role involves a mix of sales activities and operational duties such as maintaining cleanliness and adhering to visual presentation standards. The Sales Assistant acts as a front-line ambassador of the store, ensuring customers are greeted warmly and provided with product information. Success in this role is measured by customer feedback, sales figures, and adherence to store standards.

Requirements

High School Degree required. 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred. Good verbal communication skills. Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
