Track Engineer

Responsible for the safety, availability, and comfort of the track by ensuring the reliability of maintenance operations. Manage technicians and operators under his responsibility. Responsibilities/Duties Profil de candidat recherché : Track Maintenance & Technical Oversight Ensure the long-term reliability, safety, and sustainability of the LRT network’s track and workshop installations. Maintain railway safety standards and ensure sustainability of installations. Oversee the technical execution of corrective and cyclical maintenance activities. Monitor and assess track conditions, including analyzing inspection reports. Oversee the completion of maintenance projects and track inspections. Ensure proper logistics and resource availability for maintenance worksites. Conduct inventory checks for online stock and equipment during night shifts. Ensure continuity of service across maintenance operations. Team Leadership & Workforce Management Manage technicians and operators under direct responsibility. Plan, organize, supervise, and adjust team activities as needed. Contribute to the training, coaching, and development of team members. Assist in managing the transition and coordination of maintenance activities between night and day shifts. Enforce safety instructions on site to ensure the wellbeing of all staff.

Requirements

3-5 years’ relevant experience in track maintenance. Experience in the change management culture.
