About this role

The B2B Telesales Specialist – Real Estate (KSA Market) will be responsible for driving outbound sales activities, onboarding real estate developers, brokerage firms, and individual brokers onto the Dwelleo platform. This is a high-impact revenue-generating role focused on pipeline development, closing onboarding deals, and growing Dwelleo’s listing ecosystem across Saudi Arabia—fully remote from Egypt. Key Responsibilities B2B Telesales & Onboarding Identify, target, and engage real estate developers, brokerage firms, and individual brokers across Saudi Arabia. Conduct high-volume outbound calls, virtual meetings, and follow-ups to convert leads into active partners. Present Dwelleo’s platform, pricing packages, and AI-powered tools clearly and persuasively. Negotiate commercial terms, onboarding agreements, and listing packages in line with company policies. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding activation. Maintain accurate records of activities, pipelines, and conversion data using CRM tools.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, business development, or account management. Previous experience in PropTech, real estate platforms, SaaS, or digital marketplaces is highly preferred. Strong understanding of B2B sales with developers, brokers, or property owners. Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written) for dealing with KSA clients and international stakeholders. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Highly self-motivated and disciplined for remote work environments.
