Tele Sales Executive

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. Responsibilities Contact potential customers via phone to promote products or services Explain product features, benefits, and offerings clearly and confidently Generate and qualify leads for the sales team Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales opportunities Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Requirements

0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field Strong communication and persuasion skills Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge is a plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn
