Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 6 months experience working as admin in Dubai Real Estate.
  • Proficient in using the Trakheesi and DLD portals for creating contracts, including A, B, F, NOCs, MOUs, and tenancy contracts.
  • Promote available properties and coordinate property viewings.
  • Evaluate potential tenants, perform background checks, and finalize lease agreements.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
  • Prepare, update, and manage lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
  • Maintain precise records of property-related paperwork, such as leases, contracts, and agreements from developers.
  • Extensive expertise in handling property listings on platforms like Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and CRM systems.
