Specification Manager - Egypt

Employee Assignment Not remote Full Time 1 April 2026 Primary Responsibilities Region: Egypt, Libya and Sudan Market Education Promote company products and solutions through various channels, including presentations, seminars, and marketing materials. Conduct technical presentations and provide training to educate specifiers about company products and solutions. Provide technical support, product knowledge, and guidance to specifiers. Specification And CRM Tracking Identify and engage with specifiers (architects, consultants, developers) early in the design process to influence product selection. Work with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align efforts and ensure a unified approach to product specification. Maintain and update CRM and specification tracking systems to monitor project progress and track specifications.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a comparable senior position. Same Industry or Related is a MUST. Experience in Specification of the same products category. Market knowledge of the region. Excellent Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and influence decisions. Technical expertise in interior design and bathroom products. Experience in Sales/ or Marketing within B2B environment. Willingness to frequent and short business trips
