About this role

- Specifying the nature and quality of materials required.

- Controlling a project from start to finish.

- Acting as the main technical advisor on a construction site for subcontractors, craft people and operatives.

- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accurate calculations.

- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications

- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force
