What You'll Be Doing
as Sales Supervisor you will be responsible for establishing strong customer relationships through personalized service, achieving sales targets and receivables, and managing stock. The role also includes mentoring and supporting the retailers to achieve the sales target, as well as supporting the implementation of in-store events.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong Supplier/Retailer relationships, addressing all retailer queries on products, pricing, availability, usage, and services.
Oversee in-store operations through regular store visits, ensuring POS performance, SOP compliance, proper merchandising, stock replenishment, and accurate running inventory during promotions.
Supervise the full sales cycle, including order follow-up, delivery coordination, collection tracking, and timely payment management.
Monitor market dynamics, including competitor activities, product innovations, pricing trends, and overall market conditions.
Support and execute trade marketing activities, ensuring proper implementation of in-store activations, launches, and POS event setups.
Ensure brand visibility and compliance, maintaining merchandising standards and coordinating with the back-office team for field execution.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to define and achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives for events and activations.
