Sales Specialist

We’re looking for a highly personable, sales-oriented team member to help source and secure housing opportunities for families in need of temporary relocation housing. This role is heavily focused on outreach, relationship-building, and sales communication with landlords and property management companies. If you’re confident on the phone, comfortable with cold outreach, and able to build trust quickly — we’d love to hear from you. About the Role Our company receives confirmed relocation housing requests for families based on: • Budget • Location • Home size/profile • Move-in timing and other requirements Your role will involve: • Reviewing incoming housing requests • Researching and sourcing properties through Zillow, Furnished Finder, Realtor.com, Apartments.com, and similar platforms • Entering property data into our CRM system • Calling landlords and property managers to discuss partnership opportunities • Explaining the benefits of corporate housing partnerships • Qualifying leads and moving opportunities through the sales pipeline • Coordinating with leadership for final placement execution

Requirements

No degree required • 1+ years of sales, customer service, or outreach experience preferred • Strong verbal and written English communication skills • Comfortable speaking with landlords and business professionals • Quick learner with new systems and software
