Sales representative

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable PPE Showroom Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal protective equipment and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing our PPE products, and driving sales in our showroom. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing a welcoming environment. Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of PPE products, including safety gear, respiratory protection, and other protective equipment. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate PPE solutions based on industry requirements. Provide detailed information on product features, specifications, and compliance standards. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom display. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in restocking products as needed. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; background sales. Previous sales experience, especially in apparel sales is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
