yWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the growth and expansion of a leading global software portfolio within the Egyptian market through the IT distribution channel. The role will focus on developing partner relationships, driving revenue growth, expanding market coverage, and executing channel strategies across resellers, system integrators, and value-added partners .The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT distribution, channel sales, software solutions, and partner ecosystem management within Egypt . Key Responsibiliti esBusiness Development & Sales Grow th• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability target s.• Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration across Egyp t.• Build strong relationships with resellers, VARs, system integrators, consultants, and enterprise partner s.• Drive partner recruitment and enablement initiatives to increase channel coverag e.• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirement s.• Manage and grow the existing partner ecosyste m.• Conduct regular business reviews with channel partner s.• Support partners in pipeline development, forecasting, and closing opportunitie s.• Collaborate with partners on joint business plans and go-to-market activitie s.• Ensure partners are aligned with vendor programs, certifications, and compliance requirement s.Sales Operations & Forecasti ng• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline report s.• Track KPIs, revenue performance, and partner productivit y.• Work closely with internal teams including marketing, finance, operations, and technical suppor

Requirements

ons• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related fie ld.• 5–10 years of experience in IT distribution, channel sales, or software sal es.• Strong understanding of the Egyptian IT market and channel ecosyst em.• Experience working with enterprise software, design software, infrastructure, or cloud solutions is preferr ed.• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business grow th.• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skil ls.• Excellent communication skills in English and Arab ic.• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office too ls.Preferred Ski lls• Strong network within the IT reseller and system integrator community in Egy pt.• Ability to build business from the ground up in a developing mark et.• Strategic thinking with strong execution capabiliti es.• Experience in vendor management and channel developme nt.• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and leadership capabiliti
