In this role, you will drive sales performance, lead and develop branch-based sales teams, and ensure the consistent application of company standards, processes, and customer service excellence. You will play a key role in achieving business targets while creating a high-performance culture aligned with our mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

You should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with at least 8 years of sales experience, including 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role. A strong track record of achieving targets, managing teams, and driving customer satisfaction will set you up for success in this role. Candidates with experience in automotive or retail sales environments and a passion for leading people and delivering results will be well suited for this opportunity. An understanding of both English and Arabic is an advantage.
