About this role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for high-volume cold calling, pipeline management, and timely prospect follow-ups to support lead generation and appointment-setting efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, comfort following and adapting sales scripts, and the ability to maintain organized outreach and follow-up processes in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Script Execution
Make 200+ outbound calls per day to prospects using pre-established scripts to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
Understand and utilize scripts effectively to drive meaningful conversations and engage prospects.
Adapt scripts naturally based on customer responses while maintaining a professional and authentic tone.
Pipeline Management & Follow-Ups
Track activities, opportunities, and prospect interactions within the sales pipeline.
Maintain organized follow-up systems to ensure consistent communication with prospects.
Follow up on leads regularly to nurture opportunities and move them through the sales funnel.
