The Regional Brand and Marketing Manager is accountable for managing the execution of a high-impact brand and marketing strategy that drives customer growth and brand equity in alignment with market priorities. Leveraging the CCMB capabilities, the role demands tactical insight and detailed assessment of market dynamics, consumer insights, and competitive positioning to support the implementation of defined brand, commercial, and operational objectives, that are translated into focused, actionable briefs that enable CCMB specialist teams to create and execute effective campaigns, ensuring a seamless customer journey across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels.
The role ensures executional excellence and adherence to the standard operating procedures, enabling cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives with precision and efficiency.
In This Role You Will
Implement and adapt the Emirates brand strategy within assigned markets ensuring alignment with the CCMB measurement framework, business goals and and local market dynamics. Adapt regional brand positioning to meet local market needs while maintaining consistency and supporting regional opportunities.
Leverage commercial data, market research, customer insights and analytics to understand the operating environment, business performance and market dynamics. Use these insights to guide tactical decision-making that supports brand performance and customer engagement across their journey contributing to measurable business impact.
Act as the primary operational liaison between the regional commercial and country management teams and the CCMB specialist functions within assigned markets. Build collaborative relationships and maintain trusted advisor status through excellent account management and business understanding. Support strategic conversations led by the Manager Regional Brand & Marketing to prioritise long-term initiatives, align on brand objectives, and facilitate smooth campaign execution and cross-departmental collaboration to contribute to regional success.
Deliver brand and marketing plans across the customer journey, ensuring initiatives align with regional brand positioning and are tailored to local market conditions and consumer behaviours. Ensure campaigns are well-briefed, executed within budget and meet delivery standards.
