About this role

Managing the project budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and that the project is completed within budget.
Must also manage any changes to the project scope or design that may impact the budget.
Selecting and managing contractors and vendors for the project.
This includes negotiating contracts, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that work is completed on time and to the required standards.
Identifying and managing project risks, including safety risks, financial risks, and schedule risks.
Must develop contingency plans to address any potential issues that may arise during the project.
Communicating with all stakeholders involved in the project, including clients, contractors, and team members.
Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management and other stakeholders.
To ensuring that the project is completed to the required quality standards. This includes conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure that work is completed to the required specifications.
To ensuring that all project deliverables are completed and that the project is closed out in a timely manner. This includes final inspections, completion of documentation, and handover of the project to the client.

BSc in Civil Engineering

Certification in project management (Desired)

UAE Experience min. 8-10 years
