Project Management Specialist- Summer Trainee

Program Duration: Up to 28 weeks (approximately 7 months) Job Description What You’ll Experience : Assignments & Projects: Work on projects aligned with your major to build practical experience Mentorship & Development: Learn from leaders across functions and develop leadership capabilities Exposure to Work Environment: Participate in hands-on activities and cross-functional collaboration Where You’ll Contribute Project Scope & Technical Specification. Project Planning & Scheduling Project Site Organization and Site Establishment & development Process. Implementation of all Site Quality and Safety procedures. Interfaces with Project Management for Project Execution Planning & Hindrances. Interfaces with Engineering on Design / Drgs. approvals from Clients / Consultants. Interfaces with Procurement & Sourcing on Materials Deliveries.

Requirements

Strong interest in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and quality standards Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, project, or extracurricular activities Passion for learning, curiosity, and a proactive mindset Adaptable, open to change, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, site-based environment Strong communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia for project exposure
