- knowledge about the UAE market and the suppliers

- able to provide LPO's

- Maintain sub/supplier information on company online management systems.

- Manage materials/equipment inventory.

- Maintain and implement construction proforma / budget for each project

- Understand the technical specification of requirement, coordinate with requested Departments / Suppliers,

- Dealing with the Suppliers directly.

- Must have Experience in UAE Market with knowledge of different suppliers and subcontractor's locations.

- Preparation of LPO once the value and supplier has been finalized
