A passion for understanding consumers, culture, and what shapes demand Proven experience working on consumer brands across corporate and consumer campaigns Passionate about media relations and what it can achieve for clients, as well as proactive and creative in pitching A confident client handler with the ability to share counsel Ability to drive a junior account team, encouraging and supporting them on their journey Proven ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans that align with client business objectives and market trends Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing budgets, retainers, and identifying opportunities for account growth Familiarity with PR measurement tools and a data-driven approach to demonstrating campaign performance and ROI
