Roles & Responsibilities
As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all time planning-related project matters, using Primavera P6. You will provide ongoing project control/ support to all the company departments concerned with planning/design/construction/facilities management. The post will form part of an integrated multi-disciplined group. You will work closely with internal and external consultants and contractors from the project's inception to completion and post-construction. Initiate and manage the company project planning/scheduling requirements, including time, cash flow, labour resources, claims, etc., using Primavera P6.
Desired Candidate Profile
University degree in Engineering / Architecture / Quantity Surveying.
5-8 years experience in project planning and detailed scheduling for all aspects of planning design & construction and facility management using Primavera P6
Good English communication skills.
Solid technical skills with a thorough understanding of project controls, principles and work methods.
Extensive knowledge in P6 planning, working on GCC-based projects.
Extensive experience in the preparation, reviewing and managing of primavera P6-generated programmes.
Experience in working on multiple projects both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
Proactively seeks opportunities to support innovation, solves problems efficiently and effectively and cooperates with others in managing change.
