Operations IT Support

This associate hired for this position is require to ensure that the DQ’s technology infrastructure is functioning efficiently, effectively, and securely, and to provide technical support to all associates to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. 

 

The roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Install, configure, and support digital workspace software and hardware.
• Analyze associate needs, identify vulnerabilities, boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration, and ensure components meet business needs and work together seamlessly.
• Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues.
• Train associates in using software and hardware, and provide technical support when needed.
• Setting up accounts for new associates.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

 

The requirements are as follows:

• A bachelors degree in computer engineering, computer science or any equivalence.
• Proficiency in MS Tools.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
• Knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
• Proficiency in English language.
