- Monitor riders/drivers on the field.

- Be the constant bridge between riders/aggregators and the company.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance operational processes.

- Create daily reports and update operations manager.

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and update operations manager to ensure timely maneuver.

- Process and track riders issues in real time and ensure timely resolution.

- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
