About this role
- Manage office, and order office and shipping supplies as needed.
- Receive all incoming packages
- Document all incoming and outgoing products
- Create shipping labels for all outgoing packages
- Inspect products as they are coming in for quality assurance
- Coordinate with sales team which packages need to be shipped out
- Track and manage all inventory
- Manage returns
- Ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner
- Support sales/customer service team virtually
- Follow up with Fedex and DHL shipments
- File all receipts and documents accordingly
- Re-package products before they are shipped out
- Review all outgoing packages before they are picked up
- Reach out to suppliers and follow up with orders.
Skills
- 2-year college degree
- Can work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Self-starter and highly motivated
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Ability to commute to design district Monday-Friday
- 5 years work experience as office secretary
