We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You'll work collaboratively across departments to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals while maintaining a keen focus on data-driven decision-making and innovative campaign development. Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms
Create and maintain strategic marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives and target audience insights
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy
Plan, coordinate, and oversee content calendars and marketing initiatives across all platforms
Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and analyze return on investment (ROI) for campaigns
Identify, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and marketing impact
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging
Develop compelling copy and creative briefs for various marketing materials and campaigns
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking
Support event planning and promotion, including pre-event marketing, live engagement, and post-event analysis
Analyze marketing data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
