About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Brand Management Intern to join our Marketing team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic brand development and execution within the world's leading beauty company. You will work closely with Brand Managers on renowned L'Oréal brands, contributing to marketing campaigns, product launches, and consumer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about understanding consumers, building brands, and making a tangible impact in the beauty industry. Key Responsibilities: Market & Consumer Insights: Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer trends, insights, and market opportunities. Support the Brand Manager in analyzing sales data, market share, and consumer behavior to inform brand strategy. Brand Strategy & Campaign Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL) for new product launches and existing portfolio initiatives. Support the creation of engaging content and creative assets in line with brand guidelines. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, sales KPIs
