At MTS Globe Egypt, the Marketing & Communication department is focused adding value to the company’s business goals and delivering impactful results. As a Marketing & Communication Manager you work closely with commercial, product, HR, and operational teams to ensure alignment on external communication with (potential) clients and suppliers but also internal communication with our employees Your mission is to craft a compelling, value-driven brand image that resonates with our audience. By delivering high-quality communication and marketing campaigns, we aim to enhance trust, foster loyalty, and ensure long-term business growth. You will work closely together with our Central Marketing & Communications Team (12 FTE) in Palma de Mallorca, Spain Key Responsibilities And Activities You will plan and create high quality, written and visual content for a range of different online and offline channels. Marketing Initiatives: Enhance corporate branding at key touchpoints, such as airports, transfers, and in destinations. Manage all B2C marketing and communication materials for our Tour Operating partners in the destination. Develop compelling presentations, promotional materials, and marketing packages. Create and promote engaging digital content, including NBC texts, photos, and social media campaigns. Create and maintain a structured system for tracking and analytics to monitor the effectiveness of in-destination marketing campaigns. Plan and execute branding at study groups, roadshows and international fairs(ITB) Proactively identify, develop, and manage hotel marketing cooperations and joint promotional activities. Strategic Communication: Craft tailored news, updates, and offers for clients. Promote excursions, apps, and services at strategic locations. Strengthen partnerships with hoteliers, tourism boards, and stakeholders. HR Support: Assist in onboarding, training development, and vacancy promotions. Internal Communication: Share information and create engagement for our employees

Requirements

Bachelor's and/or university degree in Marketing & Communication. High level of English speaking is essential. German is preferred. 3 year's experience in a Marketing and Communication environment. Experience in tourism is an advantage. Project manage, troubleshoot and communicate effectively. Creative and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A keen attention to detail and accuracy. A curious mindset.
