Junior Operations & Marketing Coordinator (Web / AI)

Currently in the process of expanding our team, we're now looking for a Junior Operations & Marketing Coordinator to assist with recruitment, support business operations, and help organise events. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is attentive to detail, eager to learn, and interested in global Tech businesses. Key Responsibilities Support daily operational and administrative tasks across different business units Assist in managing schedules, candidate databases, and project tracking tools Coordinate with recruitment consultants on candidate and client data updates Contribute to process improvement by helping streamline workflows and documentation Assist in event operations and partnership deliverables where required Research market trends, companies, and talent within the Web3/blockchain sector Provide ad-hoc support to the leadership team and global offices

Requirements

Recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Impressive exposure to social media (management), blogging. An interest in AI tools would be highly advantageous Highly extroverted and confident communicator - comfortable attending conferences and side events, proactively approaching new people, initiating conversations, and building meaningful industry connections on behalf of the company. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English essential) Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets) Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Genuine interest in blockchain, Web3, AI or emerging technologies is a big plus Prior experience in operations, admin, or internship roles is advantageous but not required
