About this role
Research and identify potential customers through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and aligning them with the company’s products and services.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
Identify business development opportunities from customers
Build strong relationships with prospects by understanding their pain points and offering tailored solutions.
Track and manage sales activities using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure timely follow-up and pipeline management.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager.
Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure smooth transitions from lead qualification to closure.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data updated in the CRM system
Ensure customer contracts are valid and ensure they are renewed on time
Regain the highest number of inactive customers and new clients to increase revenue
Understand and execute pipeline, forecasting, and revenue projections
Ensure privacy and confidentiality of customer data in line with the company data security policies
Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives and targets
Increase cross selling and up-selling opportunities
Analyze customers performance to increase growth and production
Prepare / Assist in preparing offers and rates for customers
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Create strategic relationship with customers to maintain the business
