- Source and screen resumes of potential candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for the position.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Work with the Sales Manager to establish target weekly sales for Sales Executives and evaluate candidates' ability to meet these targets during the interview process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with qualified candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and background checks as needed to ensure the candidate's suitability for the position.
