Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor, HR and Admin Strategies & Systems, aligned with Promoter's vision and overall business needs.
- Define and Implement Company HR, Admin and Training Policies and Systems
- People Management - Keep People aligned to the Vision/Goals/Objectives of the company and the need to implement systems to achieve the Objectives
- Process Management - Understanding the business in depth and ensuring that each business department and function has documented their processes and tasks and appropriate systems are implemented
- Assess training needs and implement appropriate training systems and programs.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process - Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards
- Ensuring smooth onboarding and exit procedures for employees.
- Oversight of HR Operations like Payroll, Visas etc
- Regular HR related reports to Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Hospitality.
- 10-12 years of HR experience, with 5-7 years in UAE hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor and hotel regulations.
- Professional, organized, and adept at multitasking.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in employee engagement and retention.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.
