Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and monitor, HR and Admin Strategies & Systems, aligned with Promoter's vision and overall business needs.
  • Define and Implement Company HR, Admin and Training Policies and Systems
  • People Management - Keep People aligned to the Vision/Goals/Objectives of the company and the need to implement systems to achieve the Objectives
  • Process Management - Understanding the business in depth and ensuring that each business department and function has documented their processes and tasks and appropriate systems are implemented
  • Assess training needs and implement appropriate training systems and programs.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process - Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and exit procedures for employees.
  • Oversight of HR Operations like Payroll, Visas etc
  • Regular HR related reports to Management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Hospitality.
  • 10-12 years of HR experience, with 5-7 years in UAE hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor and hotel regulations.
  • Professional, organized, and adept at multitasking.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement and retention.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems.
