- Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance.

- Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department.

- Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances

- familiar with HRMS systems .

- Identify training needs for teams and individuals

- Interface between HR and internal stockowners
