Growth Marketing Manager

The Growth Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive platform awareness, seller acquisition, and user adoption. This role focuses on reaching ecommerce sellers, creators, and online store owners through content, social media, and digital marketing initiatives while helping shape the platform’s positioning and growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Platform Growth Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase platform adoption and seller onboarding Help refine messaging and positioning around the platform’s gifting and fulfillment capabilities Identify growth opportunities within ecommerce communities, creator ecosystems, and online marketplaces Content & Social Media Marketing Develop and manage content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms Create educational and promotional content explaining how sellers can use the platform Plan and manage content calendars to maintain consistent publishing and engagement
