Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales Execution: Conduct high-volume outbound telemarketing calls to a provided lead list, specifically targeting former customers for reactivation and "win-back" .
Objection Handling & Closing: Employ strong communication and an empathetic approach to effectively handle customer objections and secure net conversions .
Lead Qualification & Handover: Identify and qualify new prospects, preparing and scheduling next steps (e.g., deeper discovery calls) for Account Executives as required.
CRM and Documentation: Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead status in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Compliance & Strategy: Strictly adhere to all local German telemarketing compliance laws and contribute insights to optimize outbound strategy and improve contact rates .
Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of the company's products and services to articulate value propositions clearly to German-speaking prospects.
