Operating a restaurant across a single location the General Manager will need to be at the pinnacle of their career and be in a position to deliver on all aspects of hospitality management from front of house operations, people management, quality control, cost control, health and safety and delivery of exceptional experiences. You will be passionate about leading teams, driving results, and delivering financial success whilst ensuring that the guest experience is second to none in the venue.
With over 200 staff under your direct control, organization is a must, as is the ability to mentor and inspire a team of young, creative, and diverse staff within multiple different concepts. The right candidate must have the ability to handle stress, focus on clear goals, and have the experience to direct and control a team of strong managers and chefs. Consistency is key, so a primary focus of your role is to ensure that all venues deliver at a high and consistent standard at all times. Ensuring each team is well provisioned to deliver expected results and ensure good food safety guidelines & health practices are in place to comply with the local regulations. A strong background in reporting, administration and cost control is essential for this role.
