About the Client:
A high-end restaurant located in one of the high-rise tower/hotel in JBR.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department, specifically focusing on room service
- Supervise and lead the room service team, including order takers, food preparers, delivery staff, and other F&B personnel involved in room service.
- Oversee and streamline the room service process to ensure timely and accurate order-taking, food preparation, and delivery to guest rooms
- Monitor expenses and control costs to align with budgeted financial goals for the room service department
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency in room service orders
Skills
Qualifications
- Female, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or other relevant certification
- Should have at least 3 years of UAE experience in the same role
- Knowledge of F&B operations, room service procedures, and inventory management.
