About the Client:
A high-end restaurant located in one of the high-rise tower/hotel in JBR
Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department
- Supervise and lead the F&B team, including waitstaff, servers, bartenders, and other F&B staff
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflow
- Monitor and control expenses to achieve budgeted financial goals and targets
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain proper food quality, presentation, and consistency
Skills
Qualifications:
- 45 years old and below
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in the similar role
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the F&B industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of F&B operations, including service standards, menu items, and inventory management
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick, informed decisions
