The hire owns day-to-day Google Ads execution, on-site SEO improvements, and email plus WhatsApp campaign optimisation through Klaviyo or similar. They work closely with a small marketing team to respond quickly to seasonal opportunities and refine long-term performance strategies. The role balances data-driven decisions with hands-on execution across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
PPC Strategy – Run daily Google Ads activity, including performance buckets and Pmax campaigns, with seasonal adjustments.
SEO Execution – Update on-site pages, fix internal linking, and refine naming conventions and product content site-wide.
Content for Search – Create blog content that drives quality SEO traffic and improves on-site conversion rates.
Lifecycle Email – Clean and segment data in Klaviyo or similar, then sharpen campaign and flow strategy for re-engagement.
Email Capture – Optimise on-site sign-up methods to grow the marketable audience and feed lifecycle programmes.
WhatsApp Marketing – Build and scale WhatsApp service journeys, then migrate engaged customers into sales-driving campaigns.
Cross-Channel Coordination – Align paid, organic, and lifecycle activity to maximise the latest Klaviyo or similar sync with WhatsApp.
