About this role

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for assisting with the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts. The primary focus is the promotion of products and services through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy & Execution: Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  2. Performance Analysis: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  3. SEO & SEM: Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine marketing. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  4. Content Management: Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. Manage and maintain the company's online content across all platforms (website, blogs, articles, and social media).
  5. Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  6. Email Marketing: Design, build and maintain our email marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to best practices in email design and deliverability.
  7. Stay Updated: Identify new and emerging digital marketing trends and technologies. Attend workshops and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
  8. Collaboration: Work with designers, copywriters, and other internal stakeholders to optimize customer experience and campaign efficiency.

 

 

Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  2. Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  3. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  4. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  5. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  6. Strong analytical and data-driven thinking.
  7. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
