Debenhams Manager - UAE

The Role:

 

 

As Store Manager for a 'big box'/flagship store you will directly lead a team of Sales Managers to drive sales, reduce stock loss, maintain cost controls, ensure compliance to company regulations and ensure high levels of customer service.

 

 

Contributing to and undertaking operations management projects will also be a core part of your role.

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

 

 

You will have:

 

 

- At least 3 years experience in retail fashion management.

 

 

- Excellent English skills.

 

 

- Good numerical, analytical, interpersonal and networking skills.

 

 

- The ability to develop and motivate a team.
