About this role

This role blends client success and sales execution. You’ll manage B2B accounts end-to-end, proactively engage prospects and existing clients through cold calling and outbound outreach, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and the experience remains smooth, responsive, and commercial. Key Responsibilities Own and manage relationships with B2B clients as their go-to point of contact Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to generate opportunities and move deals forward Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing accounts Generate and qualify leads, converting conversations into commercial outcomes Handle client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless client experience

Requirements

C2-level English (fluent, confident, and professional) Strong sales mindset with clear evidence of results or target achievement Cold calling and outbound outreach experience is a must Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
