Parisima Talent is currently hiring a Civil Engineer for its real estate client who will be supporting customer care technical team.
Job role-
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer with customer service experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities -
- Reviewing the technical requests from customers, and providing initial feedback
- Coordinating with Infra and Planning team, prepare a response/ NOC to customers.
- Open and close the requests in Yardi - a property management system
- Hold technical meeting with customers.
- Provide customer service to clients, answering questions and resolving issues
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- 3- 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on real estate development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must know the procedure of Authorities.
- Must have experience working with consultants.(They should have experience dealing with authorities, contractors, clients, etc)
