Booking Manager

Be the point of contact for clients once a sale is closed.

You will need to coordinate with the teachers, sales team and operations team to ensure that everyone has the same information, and the program is run as sold.

Delivering presentations to students and parents.

Booking flights, hotels, transport and any other 3rd party bookings needed for your trips.

Assist with the coordination of our holiday camps. 

 

 

Prerequisites

●      Excellent organisational skills.

●      Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

●      Attention to detail.

●      UAE driving license (or ability to convert license to a UAE license).

●      Confident to deliver short presentations to students and parents.

 

Desirable 

●     Previous experience in a logistics type role.

●     Previous experience in a customer service role.

●     Previous experience working with young people in an outdoor environment.

●     Previous experience leading groups on international trips.
