Associate Channel Logistics- UAE Nationals Only
The purpose of this position is to monitor and control the supply chain management for all supported consumer channels and make sure system configurations are implemented on time to avoid any sales transaction issues.
Device installment plan responsibilities
1. Maintain availability of devices in DSP
2. Stocks replenishment in POS (Stocks management)
3. Manages and extracts orders from CRM
4. Assign orders to courier and creates airway bill for delivery
5. Real-time update of delivery status in CRM and sharepoint
6. Perform sales transaction of delivered handsets / sims in wincash, closing on daily basis
7. Guides the courier for basic troubleshooting during delivery
8. Coordination with IT for technical issues encountered during the delivery
9. Attend email inquiries from Direct Channel (retail, roadshow, franchise, du express), social media and other internal groups in du
10. Coordination with marketing and warehouse to resolve issues regarding inventories and pricing
11. Whatsapp support with courier during deliveries
12. Coordination with customers whenever required
Skills
Minimum experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the telecom industry
- Good understanding of Logistics and supply chain projects and areas – an advantage

- High School pass out
