About this role
To build strong trading partnerships with Key Account Customers and to represent Almarai for all categories and Business Units. To maximise sales and profit in Key Accounts by managing LTA spend, listing of products , analysing sales performance , visiting markets , surveying customer satisfactions, increasing in store space and visibility. Planning and managing promotional activities in coordination with Business Units and marketing teams and implementing through regional sales teams.
Space agreements optimization to maximize visibility.
Visit customers market to explore opportunities and market pulse.
Maintain customer relationship to build profitable business. (Continuous communication)
Analyze sales performance to identify sales opportunities and areas of improvement.
Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys to improve customer.
