About this role

- Ensure support and maintenance contracts are renewed.

- Ensure enterprise data is safe and protected.

- Ensure Production and DR sites are in sync and the same has been tested as per published schedule.

- Ensure satisfactory audit ratings through strict adherence of policies, processes and procedures.

- Ensure all new business initiatives are supported based on the measurable set in KPI.

- Ensure measurable KPI are set and monitored.

- Participate in the annual IT Budget process.

- To define, implement and enhance Application and Webserver baseline standards in line with business goals.
