We're Billionaire Cookies, Dubai’s first rotating cookie concept with brand new flavours dropping every single week available for a limited time only. We define Billionaire Cookies as "hand-crafted cookie dough so rich in flavour it's like your tastebuds struck gold". All recipes are developed by hand in our cookie bakery in Dubai. Our mission is to create a fun, memorable experience from product to packaging to interactions with customers.
As we continue to grow, we're searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. You will be the backbone of our administrative processes and play a crucial role to ensure the smooth operation of our cookie bakery, with a strong emphasis on managing order processing, coordinating with delivery drivers, various administrative duties and delivering excellent customer service.
What you'll be doing:
Order Management:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain order records, ensuring all details are up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to schedule production based on order volume.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with order customization.
- Keep customers informed about order statuses and delivery times.
Order Collection and Delivery Coordination:
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate order pickups.
- Verify and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Track delivery schedules and communicate with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Delivery resolution interacting with Noon and ChatFood support teams when required.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and report on inventory levels of cookie products, ingredients, and packaging materials.
- Place orders for supplies as needed, maintaining optimal stock levels.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Maintain required auditory processes and forms to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the administrative area.
Skills
What you'll need to succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college coursework is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a food-related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in multi-tasking, planning and problem solving.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to taking initiative and decision making when required.
- Attributes: adaptability, openness, high-energy, passionate.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Enthusiasm for baking and cookies is a plus.
- Own visa sponsorship is preferred.
