- Recording AP & AR records and ensuring reconciliation on a timely basis.

- Customer account reconciliation after receiving collection.

- Other debtors’ reconciliation with related parties.

- Releasing GRN on daily basis.

- Vendor and customer master creation.

- Updating fixed assets fields and capitalization.

- Posting purchase invoices as per VAT norms.

- Inter-company reconciliation.

- Processing payments and vendor reconciliation when required.

- Other activities such as salik, enoc recharge, voucher & fuel bills check.

- Preparation of VAT report.
