1. قبول الشروط

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the WazifaMe employer platform, candidate portal, marketing site, and any related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. حسابك

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. WazifaMe is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3. الاستخدام المقبول

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Post discriminatory, harassing, or unlawful job listings or messages.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract candidate profile data in bulk.
• Misrepresent your identity, company, or hiring intent.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Services.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code.

4. المحتوى الخاص بك

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services (job postings, company profiles, messages). You grant WazifaMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Services.

5. الاشتراك والفوترة والاستردادات

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in line with the policy summarised in the FAQs.

6. الملكية الفكرية

The WazifaMe name, logo, brand, and product surface are our intellectual property. You may not use them without prior written permission, except where required to reference our Services in good-faith commentary or documentation.

7. إخلاء المسؤولية

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any specific hire will result from your use of the Services or that candidate profiles are free from errors.

8. حدود المسؤولية

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WazifaMe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. الإنهاء

You may close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or otherwise use the Services in a way that harms other users or our business.

10. القانون الحاكم

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre.

11. تعديلات هذه الشروط

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and notify you by email or in-product for material changes. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance.
