Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month with accommodation & Food while on duty

Nationality: Indian/ Myanmar/Burma border/Nepalese 

Experience: Minimum1 year Required

 

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Waitress / Waiter with Service and Sales Experience..

The candidate should be pleasant, active, should communicate well with the customers in English & Hindi and to the suggest the variety of dishes and upsell the sweets/snacks along with serving the food.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent customer services

• Always strive towards best customer satisfaction

• Greet customers and present menus

• Make suggestions based on their preferences

• Take and serve food/drinks orders

• Up-sell when appropriate

• Arrange table settings

• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times

• Check products for quality 

• Deliver checks and collect payments

• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff

• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

• providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill

• Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area

• Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests

• Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests

• Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
