We are currently looking for talented “TELECALLERS / CUSTOMER SALES EXECUTIVE ” for IT company.
Job Type: Permanent
Availability: Immediately
Job Title :Tele callers
Location : Dubai
Languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu (required)
Working hours: (Rotation shift throughout the day, including late night shifts) = 8 hours working +1 hour break
Salary: 2000-2500 + INCENTIVES EQUAL TO SALARY
Primary responsibilities:
Manage large amount of incoming and outgoing calls.
Manage and update customer database.
Make sales recommendations for product or services that may better suit client.
Ensuring that the customer is satisfied with our products and services and building a healthy working relationship.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers
Candidate inside UAE only
Skills
Requirements:
High School diploma or Equivalent
0-3 years of experience
Self-motivated with demonstrated flexibility & adaptability in intense situations
Strong oral, verbal communication skills preferable in south languages
Basic knowledge of relevant IT systems
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
